If you are looking to disconnect and relax this is the place for you. It really was a slice of heaven.. private but close enough to Port Vila for shopping etc. would highly recommend hiring your own car for ease. The staff are all really beautiful and friendly always happy to help. Perfect place to relax. Fully equipped kitchen to cook meals and restaurants walking distance. Bed are comfortable and outside shower was our favourite. We will be back

This place is absolutely amazing, a little gem in Port Vila. Everything was perfect and even better in real than on the pictures: the vibe of the house all wooden, the space and outdoor bathroom so nice during the morning, the ocean view, the almost private beach and the sunsets. We did not miss one sunset during our stay, we were able to cook our diner and watch the sunset either from the house deck or the table on the beach directly. And let’s not forget the staff, super friendly and always there if we needed.; thanks Winnie, Sarah and Abbie. We rented a car during our stay but you can also either take a bus from the main road that brings you to town or let the staff organise a private transport from the house. We definitely recommend this place!

We are just back from a seven-night stay at Kooyu Villas. The location may not suit everyone but for us it was perfect. You are only 15 minutes from Port Vila but it feels like you’re on your own tropical island. It’s not hard to get into Port Vila anyway. You can hail a local bus just down near the main road or past Paradise Cove resort. The villa itself is gorgeous and so big, with beautiful wooden features and bifold and sliding doors opening up to the outside. It has a well-equipped kitchen and we appreciated having some supplies provided — fresh fruit, milk, tea, ‘real’ coffee, jam, butter and a baguette. The staff were all super friendly — including Sereh and Api- and when we had a minor issue Brad, the manager, was onto it straightaway to sort it out. We love this area for its natural beauty. The snorkelling straight off the beach is wonderful as are the sunsets. If you don’t want to cook there are a couple of resort restaurants close by. Already planning to return to Vanuatu!

Our stay at Kooyu beachfront villa was an incredibly relaxing experience. The villa, made from natural materials, blends seamlessly with the surroundings, offering a peaceful retreat. We particularly appreciated the spaciousness and the open design of the living areas, the bedroom was so comfortable and the outdoor shower was a magical experience. The beachfront location is perfect, providing stunning views and easy access to the pristine beach. The Kooyu team were incredibly helpful and kind, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. Overall, this villa is a hidden gem, offering a perfect magical escape, we left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, and we can’t wait to return.

Kooyu Vila — A little slice of paradise in Port-Vila. Kooyu Vila is a true haven of peace, nestled in a magnificent setting that makes you lose track of time from the very first minutes. The villa and the guest bungalow are very well equipped and just like the photos. There were no unpleasant surprises—just happiness! A big thank you to the on-site staff, and to Brad and Winnie for their availability and responsiveness. Details that really make a difference. We would recommend Kooyu Vila without hesitation and would be delighted to return.

One of the most amazing Airbnbs I have ever stayed in - the view from the living room directly to the ocean is a dream. The layout of the cottage is very convenient and perfect for a family, with a social kitchen connected to the terrace and garden. We stayed with kids and it was perfect for them with enough space between the house and the beach to run around. The staff at the house is also lovely, especially the kind and attentive twin sisters who looked after us while we stayed here.

This has to be the best place we have ever stayed in Port Vila and we have been 3 times previously! If you are looking for serenity, privacy and amazing sea views this place is for you. We were also very impressed by the amenities inside the villa and we felt we had everything we needed for a comfortable self catering stay. The beach itself is also beautiful and the snorkelling off the beach was great. We will definitely be back :)

Kooyu Villas are a slice of heaven. We stayed in Villa 3 and found it to be better than the photos. It is hard to describe the feeling of calm and peace that staying on your own private beach can bring. The Villas are very well built and had all of the services that you need for self catering. If you love the beach, swimming, snorkelling, paddle boarding. Then this is the place you want to be. We were able to enjoy the water all day, whilst having the comfort of the villa to come in and out of to eat, reapply sunscreen and dose in the sun. Yes there is no air-conditioning, but it wasn't needed with sea breeze and fans. Staff at the villas are helpful, friendly and non-intrusive. We felt safe and cared for. Brad the manager was always attentive and made sure that we were comfortable. Some tips if you plan to stay. Water shoes are a must. Bring your own snorkelling gear. I hired a paddle board for the week and used it every day. Staff can assist you with recommendations. Enjoy!

The Villas are the perfect location to feel secluded let close to what you need (with a car hire). The beach out the front was stunning. The kitchen had all we needed to do some cooking. The hosts were helpful and available for anything we needed. We will definitely be back many times

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kooyu Villas. The property is better than the pictures and was so relaxing. The team of Brad, Winnie, Serah and Thomson were amazing and always helpful. Hit up Winnie if you need some hair braiding done. We would def stay again and maybe bring the kids next time....... maybe. Highly recommend hiring a car to get to and from the property which we did, its not a short walk to anywhere but thats a positive being so private and secluded.
